Calls & Calls & Calls up to ten times a day for a bill that is not mine, ripoff

This company claims that I'm being charged $39.40 for an adult content that they supposely found coming from my modem of my home computer. Ok Do I have STUPIED written on my face? No... I would never submit to anything like this especially with children in the home.

How did they get my information of where I live and phone number? I forgot... I'm a victim of ID Fraud! How can you prove that this charge belongs to me, I asked the company? Can you send me a written notice of these charges and what day that it was done?

They put me hold on for about 10 minutes came back and said we already sent you something at your address. Ok well, I will let my attroney know of this situation and have her follow-up with you. Ok we will not call you anymore said the phone rep.

Well very next day same thing 2 more calls. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST! I told them and they persisted to continue to call and give fake names such as Ms. Thomas or (AKA) Ms. Brown. Please contact these people ont his matter ASAP if you have became a victim and speak to their director. Help stop ID Fraud off from the computer.
