Parts Shipped, Tracking Showed Delivered, Yet $33.95 Reversed

Hello. I had an auction on eBay for some new R/C Revo parts for the Traxxas Revo...

Ended: May-24-05 19:40:42 PDT

The winning bidder paid a total amount of $33.95 USD on May 25 at 06:04:24 PDT.

I shipped the next day at 3:45 pm CST at the local post office. The person at the post office told me delivery would take 3 to 5 days. Well, 3 weeks later I got an email from him: "I have still yet to receive the shock set with screws, rockers and lots of little stuff."

I told him it was shipped the very next day. Well, he did not reply to me at all, so I was thinking he had gotten the items... About a week later my wife told me this guy had filed a complaint through PayPal.

PayPal is a total ripoff... I went to click resolve. PayPal is not for the sellers at all; they think you are out to rip people off or scam them. There is no area for the seller to file his information on his behalf.

All it says is 3 different options:
refund the buyer this way
refund the buyer this way
refund the buyer this way.

I cannot remember what it says, but I know it is 3 different ways to make a refund. Well, what about the seller's rights? Look at me, I lost my product and my money!

He left me feedback as positive, imagine that. If he did not receive the items, why did he post a positive instead of a negative? This guy is trouble, and he walked away with my parts and money... PayPal found in his favor.

Never deal with this guy, he will rip you off. Look what he did to me. And the USPS tracking number... It showed to be delivered at his home...

PayPal ripoff, unfair.

From now on it is money orders only. No more of my money will go to them. And yes, I know I am only one customer, but it is me.
