I have bought the Smart Buy phone card from the site and the web site shows that there are 500 minutes (1C/MIN) to call China for $6.00 with no connection fee.
The first time when I called, it announced 200 minutes. I spend about 30 minutes. Second time, it told me that I only have 50 minutes. When I called customer service, I was told that's because the tax. 500% Tax or more? What a ripoff!
