I bought a $25 card, after using approximately 100 minutes, the remaining minutes disappeared. Ttacfone said it was showing the correct minutes on their end, but on my end, it showed 0 minutes

I bought a $25 card, after using approximately 100 minutes, the remaining minutes disappeared. Ttacfone said it was showing the correct minutes on their end, but on my end, it showed 0 minutes. It is a ripoff and I have already destroyed the free phone I received because I have come to the realization that it is all a scam. Will not advise anyone to waste their money on this trash.
