Ge-Zurich's Warranty more like a "If we want to fix it" coverage

I sent my laptop in that was covered under a Ge-Zurich warranty. I had buttons on my keyboard not working, fan stopped running, cd runs loud and vibrates. They sent me a box to return my laptop for repair, and i received my computer back a week later with a note saying they are not going to fix my computer. They said that an unauthorized service center had previously repaired my computer (which was the manufactuer of my laptop) and that there was physical abuse to the laptop. The physical abuse was something loose inside the case, which it had been like that for more than a year and a half and was not the result of physical abuse. But the icing on the cake was that after i read that Ge-Zurich wouldnt cover my computer underwarranty I opened my computer to find that my LCD screen had two large cracks in the display. I have yet to follow up on this report.
