Ripoff dishonest scam will not give a refund Sachse texas

I orderd the 4 cd kids set... Never recv'd them email the company and at first they were quick to respond to the emails. After I was told they would reship them and I said no I do not want the items the money was taken out of my account.

I didn't even have the items and they still took the money! I finally found their phone number through the BBB and when I called boy where they mad I had gotten a phone number to them!

I wa told the money would be put right back but that was 2 days ago and now the phone isn't able to accept any calls because the mail box is full... I cannot believe this!!! I am so mad!
