Ripoff, No Delivery just collect money

I ordered two owl oprical lights on May 14. I paid with my debt card, but the products were not delieverd, until May 25th so I contacted the customer service. They said they had no precise apt number on my address.

However, my confirmation email sent by them clearly indicated the exact address, thus I mentioned it then they just said I had to wait until June 7th. Before June 7th, I moved, but I informed my address change to post office and every other mail delivered safely.

Last week, I had to make a trip and got back home yesterday, But I still did not get my owl optical lights.
Thus, I called the customer service, which was indicated in my email, but the lady answered said she never heard of that kind of product.

I found another number on their ars system, but
there was an announcement that the call is restricted and it cannot be connected. With surprise, I tried another number that I could find on the asseenontvnetwork homepage, but the result was same.

I could not find any other contact number and I do not know whether this is just a mistake in delivery or this is a kind of fraud..
