Are Spam without end, impossible to remove

Allposters.com is the biggest dealer on the internet so I am very surprised that they would alienate their buyers.

I bought a expensive poster for my daughter and indicated I DID NOT want to receive any offers or further advertising E-mails from them.

Soon after, I begain getting almost daily spam from the company claiming I had requested it as a member of the "Poster Club" (not true). This has gone on for weeks and I have:
Sent five replies to their spams asking to unsuscribe from all mailing lists.
Sent two additional personal E-mails to their Customer Service section.
Phoned their Customer Service Representatives twice, advised how annoyed I was at all the spam and asked to be removed from their lists.

Allposters disregarded all my complaints. This amazes me.

I will be calling their corporate headquarters in California soon hoping to talk to the CEO. There are other good poster companies on the Net. And they do not disregard the wishes of their customers
