Please beware. They are not assosicated with the postal service. Ripoff

I was unable to download the software and when I called, and wrote trying to be released from charges I was told that the charges were valid. Customer service was not help and even rude. This is truly the worse company I have ever dealt with. They are unreasonable. Don't Use Stamps.com. Spread the word.
