Aol stealing my money

I ordered the aol dsl in novemember after careful thought i email aol, told them to cancel my order. They responded with, it has already been shipped. I said i was returning it. When i received the dsl modem, i called aol to find out how to return this modem. I was told i had a free month so just go ahead and use it. I said no and i was returning it, the aol csr said, oh well. I sent the modem back. Last month on my credit card was a charge for $31.05 for dsl plus regular charges for aol account. I called aol to get this resolved. The girl checked to see that the modem was returned and said she would credit my account. Then asked me how i liked aol, told her the problems i have been having being verbally abused and slandered on daily basis in the chat room. She gave me email address and phone numbers to help me. She gave me 2 free months of aol service for my problems. This month i get my credit card bill. There was no credit for 31. O5 and an additional charge of $31.05 for dsl. I called aol to get to the bottom of this. After one hour and forty-five minutes and talking to 12 morons the problem hasn't been resolved. I was disconnected, trasferred to everyone in aol. I was given another free month of aol service. One person said she would correct the problem and then i was disconnected. I called back again and of course got someone new. The last person i talked to said aol cannot refund my money, cause even though i returned their products how do they know i didn't still use their dsl. They said they already paid my phone company for the dsl service. I contacted my phone company today. They say that is a lie. So now i still have a $62.10 charge on credit card that aol won't do anything about and i have never used their dsl.
