Bought Inspiron 5150 laptop May 4, price $1795.49. Agreed total amt. Due would be paid in large amounts, rather than small monthly amts. Was told no interest due until April. Full amt. Paid by Oct. 29.
Dell repeatedly demanded small amts. Ignoring our large payments.
No response from Dell to our questions & request for verification Dispute given to 3rd party for collection.
Our attorney wrote to 3rd party referring to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. No response received. Harassing phone calls received and a negative credit report was filed with Experian credit bureau resulting in my credit line being reduced severely by my credit card companies.
