I replied to a credit card application in which I filled out with all the required information, which was fine until I was informed I would be charged 149.95 for a membership fee, which this company withdrew from my account without giving me the opportunity to accept or decline. I am now $149.95 plus $30.00 in an overdraft fee short in my account. I want my money back 100%. If this does not occur, I will seek legal action.
