Fraudulant and false promises and failure to deliver working product

I responded to pantheons advertisement on the weather channel with earnest borgnine as spokesman for three e z link terminals for $54,000 in august. When the machines were delivered in january and march they did not work and one has a bad "hub". They said they would deliver the part in 3 days.
It is now may and the part never arrived for the one machine and the other does not send the e mails but charges the costumers. The third was left in the box and i removed them from the retailers in april and filed a report with the rutherford county district attorneys office in north carolina. P;antheon will not reurn and phoen messages and the machines are in my living room and not operational. The installer stole the keys to two of the machines when he installed them in march and says he never was paid by pantheon so refuses to give me the keys to the machines. The promised web sight for pantheon which is to help keep track of the machines daily operations never worked either.
The sub contractor of pantheon called new edge technology refuses to respond to the p;hone calls for the parts and web sight problems. The individual who claims to be in charge of p;antheon named emy solar promised to resolve this many times since january as i called two or three times a week. I even stayed home from my regular job three days when she promised that their subcontractor, new edge technologies, would call me at home but never heard from them. The sales man, stephan hahn, who contacted me in august through november supposedly left the company in november.
They locator named "james" left in december. The only person who answers the phone is this emy solar who claims to be in charge of pantheon but never returns your calls. The district attorney suggests i have good cause for a civil suit and still is deliberating on criminal charges. Help!!!
