Ripoff takes payment and doesn't ship item

Was looking for a certain game to but online and through Yahoo search engine I came to the businesses web site. And they said they had the game for sale. So I bought it and paid for it though paypal.

That was on 4/14/05 it is now 4/26/05 almost two weeks since then and still no game. So far three e-mails have been sent and no response to any of them. I also found out that he was on ebay and did the same thing.

A person like this should not be allowed to continue bilking people of there money. They just close up no place and move on to the next. I hope I can my money back through paypal.
