Ripoff will NOT respond to my questions

On April the first, I signed up with Rewardster.com to receive a free $300 Target gift card for participating with two sponsers. I did this, and after all this time my account has STILL not been updated to reflect this. It says on my account page that I haven't even done the required surveys and such, which I HAVE done.

I have tried and tried to get in contact with the company VIA email to ask them why my account isn't showing what it should, and when will they send me my gift card. However, I only get a form letter as a response, and no REAL answer.

I have informed them in my previous email that I typed today that if I didn't get a real response by a real person, that I would report them to the usacomplaints.com. Needless to say, all I got was an automated response that had nothing to do with my concern, which is why I am reporting right now.
