Refusal to refund Mazu.com

I ordered the Mazu Ecurrency Exchange Program a few weeks ago before I realized that there were many free web sites out there with similar or even better information that the program provided.
Anyway, I made my portfolio etc, and up till now I have not even been able to recoup the amount of money I spent on buying the program.
I thus e-mailed them, but they asked me for my receipt number, which I did not recieve from them at all! When I questioned further about what steps I should take to find out my reciept number, I never got a reply.
The sales letter also speaks about the console as if it's so wonderful, but the fact is it's not even up. Even if it is, the minimum amount to be entitled to a console is very, very high.
Folks at Mazu.com, if u're reading this, please rebutt me.
