Ripoff zero credibility

We signed up for hosting service on 3/11/05. As soon as account was set up there was a problem. Contacted Support and I just got form email back. After several emails I decided to cancel account. This was also done on 3/11/05. Confirmation of account cancellation was recieved in email. Website stated time frame of 7-15 days. Contacted them again at end of 15 days was told via form email again that my ticket was forwarded to administration and they would be in touch but it can take 15-20 days for cancellation. I waited end of 20 days and emailed again to which I got a return email (form type again) saying it was forwarded to administration and someone would be in touch. Still no one has.

There are several people who have cancelled their accouts and not recieved their refund. The owner after reading a thread on the forums where several of us have complained posted a response. He stated he was sorry and all refunds would be takne care of by 4/5/05.

This date has come and gone and again recieved a form email back from my complaint stated it was forwarded and someone would be in touch. Still no contact or a refund.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB which the company did not answer. I have filed a BBB online report of the false use of the BBB Online Seal for another website they have called hostingconcepts.com. I have filed a FTC report that they have not answered and now I have just finished filing a small claims action with the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.

Do not do business with these people the owner rupi singh has no credibility, no business ethics.
