I finaly got H.P. To tell me how to get my printer to work with the usb cable! I just reminded them they make more money selling ink than printers! They tried to tell me I would have to pay to find out how— but after calling 4 times I got someone that told me to save the driver to my desktop, unplug the printers usb restart my comp. And open the file and wait untill the second time it tells me to plug it in! None of this info is on the site and it claims it is all automatic. I also reminded them they spend millions on advertiseing and it can be undone by word of mouth and this web site!
