Company would not refund my money

After receiving an assigned RMA# I returned $465 worth of faulty HP Laser Color Toners for a refund. After a few calls and a certified demand letter the company would not refund my money. During one conversation he (Joseph) told me it was already refunded.

During another he told me it was the credit card merchant's fault. After I disputed it through my Visa account they reissued the charge. I can't believe this comapny is still in business.
