They steal money from your personal checking and wont give it back

I recently tried a new game website call realarcade.com, when i signed up i thought i would only charged 1 dollar for unlimited play time., there was never a user agreement or any mention of additional charges.
Afterwards i was not able to play any of the games and i tried to go back on the web site to cancel the transaction but there was no info / place to do so! I checked my account the next day and i had a debit for $48.00 from new healthy savings, i called my bank and they directed me to there website where i found there phone number and called to ask what it was.

They told me it was for the game website and they could not do anything about it. We are currently working with our bank to reverse it but so far no such luck. How do these fraudulent companys get away with this???
I feel sick about itand im embarrassed because i feel i should have know better!
