Ripoff Provided very poor internet service

For the past 3 years I have used these guys for my ISP.
This Company, CC Communications, is owned by Churchill County here in Nevada and is the only County owned Phone Company in the nation.

They charge $21.95 per month for Internet service and most of the time it fails to work. The failures have become so numerous that I finally went to a different provider.

Drop off's were a regular occurrence and trying to access E-Mail was at best a nightmare. When calling for help, they prefer to blame your computer when in fact it is always some problem in their network. They always offer some sort of lame excuse as to why they are having problems. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and don't use CC Com. As an internet service provider.
Everyone here is stuck with them for phone service and that too is not too great at times, but do not use them for an ISP. Since I changed my ISP, I have had no problems at all with drop off's or access to E-Mail.
