Legislators can you hear us cry, Dell, Inc. Is ripping off your consumers, we are what makes the world turn

Dear Consumers/Legislators: Hear our cry, this is shear madness. The comsumers are being harmed financially and emotionally by this unfair and deceptive practices by Dell, Inc., etc. I could go on and on, but I am tired of repeating the shear madness of knowing and willful behavior by Dell, Inc., et al.

People are getting ripped off, everyday, by these corporate giants. What's happening to us? Consumers buy your computers from your local shop and make sure you can bring it there and face your seller.

My story is not much different than millions of others, hours, out of pocket expenses, etc. With no relief! Dell Customer service moto should state "Once you buy, goodbye!" They don't care, I cannot understand why their allowed to continue. They are literally scamming and stealing from the consumers!

I took action, filing and processing costs over $300.00, in addition to over 2,000 to try and cover my losses, but whether I lose or win... I have purged them from some of the money they have deceptively obtained from the consumers... in addition to the fact, that I can sleep at night that I did something! I know it is tiring to hang on, but if we don't, they will continue to do this because they can! It is a shame that not until millions are hurt by their practices financially and emotionally that is when the government jumps in... Why not nip it in the bud and regulate...

Consumers do not buy from Dell and when you do buy make sure you can bring you pc/laptop to a local person...

Every computer giant has a warranty whether you have had your pc one day or one year, you need a replacement your getting refurb and even in small print, it may have scratches, etc. And their safe. Sad, but I guess to bad for consumer... Let's wake up people where getting scre-ed and tatoed! Sincerely, Maria
