They scammed me and said i puchased 4 years of downloads (music) then said i wasnt getting my money back

My daughter and i were looking for a mp3 downloading site. This one called unlimiteddownloads.com aka freedownloads.com said we can have as many downloads for 1.00 a month. So i thought that was a good deal, so i went through the process of filing in the types of music etc... My name, address and of course my bank card number for the 1.00 a month, so after i did all that i looked for a recipt saying that it was complete and my doller was paid there was none no fine print or anything this company sadly enough was recomended by msn now ive had them for about 3 years now.

Then i misplaced my wallet so when that happend i called my bank to find out if there were any strange charges (you can never be to careful) anyway the man i spoke to said there was a charge made (pos) purchase at 630 that night now i didnt have my card it was in my lost wallet! I asked who the company was and he said new healthy savings so i had no clue who this was, it was for 48.00 so i looked it up on the internet and sure enough there was a whole list of judgements against this company about how they were supposed to only charge 1.00 a month and there even charging some people 80.00 a month fraudulently they have to be stopped!

So anyway i tried to contact them and i got a response that i signed some kind of paper stating that it was a 4 year contract which is absolutley b.S. Then they also said that i agreed to some kind of 30 day free trial to something else and they didnt even give me the name of that and that if i didnt cancel in 30 days that i was gonna be charged another 39.95 a month so i emailed them back and told them im getting the authorities involved and i canceled my card...
