Ripoff almost a year & no rebate for hard drive from fryes

We purchased 2 hard drives from Fryes last June and were to receive $20 each in rebates. We were not over any rebate limitation. We have called and emailed several times and still no rebate. Today, we called again, and were once again promised that the rebate would be sent TOMORROW and we would receive it in 3-7 business days. Curious that it would take 3-7 business days to travel 30 miles, but we'll see.
