After purchasing 3 terminals and making the pilgramage from Durham, NC to Lebanon, I found that when I attemped to obtain the equipment that the company had disappeared. If there is in fact a backruptcy going on, I believe that, as a creditor, I should have been notified. If anyone has any information as to lawsuits, either criminal or civil against this company and/or its executives or a lawyer who would initate a class action against IMG principals (Cindy Gannon, David Cutler, et all, supposedly all millionaires) I would appreciate being contacted.
