My story is much the same as Kathy's before me. I purchased a four year subscription to Bicycling magazine through this company in September. My credit card was immediately billed and the status of my account was set as filled. After 15 weeks of no delivery, I tried contacting WeSellMags.com via their web based e-mail. I received no response. Subsiquent tries over the past two months, including a letter sent to their offices, have gone unanswered. We are all still waiting on a phone number...

In contacting the magazine directly, they state that they have heard this complaint before, but have no record of my subscription, and WeSellMags.com is not an authorized distributor or even on their unauthorized list of dealers. They said they were sorry, however could not offer any recourse to WeSellMags.com. They suggested filing a report with the BBB... Which usually doesn't result in much.

My next step is through my credit card company and perhaps the Attourney General as this seems to smell of internet fraud.

If any of my biker friends in Brooklyn want to stop and pay them a visit, it'd be much appreciated.
