RockBottomPrice is doing business on ebay. I bought some software from this seller and I did not recieve what was advertised. I complained to the seller and all I asked him was for a positive feedback because I had paid him so quickly. Dean Clark the owner responded with a threat that he was going to give me negative feedback.in case any of you don't know negative feedback can really hurt you on ebay.

I find out now from some of the other buyers that have left positive feedback that they too complained about products not recieved and were threatened with negative feedback. Since most of the junk this guy sells in under $100 dollars most everyone just gives up and leaves him good feedback. I won't and intend to fight back with small claims ect and of course reporting him on this National Consumer Forum where millions come to check on deatbeat companys such as Dean Clark's.
