Ripoff They took money out of our kids pockets twice and will not give it back!

Malevolent Hosting provides on line game hosting. Our membership consists of mostly kids. We paid $61.00 to lease the server for a game called Call of Duty. Malevolent Hosting advertised on their web site that they offer a server to play this game.

When they finally got back to our email request on how to set up the server they told us it would not play our version of Call of Duty. I then requested a refund due to the fact that we could not use their server. They would not respond for days after that.

When they finally did they gave us the run around and still would not refund our $61.00. A month later after constant emails to them the CEO of Malevolent Hosting, Dan Sitomer, finally emailed me. The following is what he wrote:

"Dear Mr. S.,
I am writing to you to find out what the problem was with your order. I am the CEO of Malevolent Hosting and would like to resolve any problems that pertain to your situation. This is the first time I am hearing about your refund and would like to see if we can get this sorted out in any way possible or to find out what happened in your case so that we can prevent this from happening in the future.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. I personally am one that hates to see customers leave on a bad note with us. Lets see what we can do to resolve this issue."

A week later this company fraudlently withdrew $61.00 agian from our account. The bank has stopped payment on the funds and is now investigating the company for possible fraud. I have emailed this person twice since his letter and he will not respond to us.
Now we have incurred a total of $86.00 taken from our kids pockets that they can not afford all due to this company.
