Aka "TheUseful" Ignores requests for information, does not confirm receipt of Gift Repemption Voucher, does not send gift within 4 weeks, if ever! Ripoff

I responded to a Producttestcenter Internet ad to win a free Dell Laptop. I completed the required 6 offers from major retailers: E-bay, Discover Card, CITI, Blockbuster Video, AOL, American Express, etc. But not without having to first complete 9 "free" offers costing $95 due to Producttestcent not recording completion of some.

Finally, after signing up in 09/07, I was notified ("Congratulations, You've Qualified!") on 01/06 to mail in the Gift Redemption Voucher which I did on 01/07. I sent USPS Certified "Return Receipt" and they signed for it on 01/10. Despite stating "your gift should be on its within 4 weeks" I have received nothing.

After reading the complaints on this website, I decided not to wait forever and start action now. I filed a complaint yesterday with the Florida Attorney General. We'll see.

They don't publish a phone number. They have not responded to three "Customer Support" e-mail inquiries despite stating: "Thank you - it may take a few days to respond..."

They have not responded to a previous USPS Certified Mail letter received by them on 12/27.

I have little faith that I will receive the Dell Laptop without a fight. We'll see. I won't give up. Furthermore, I am surprised major firms like Dell, American Express, CITI, AOL, etc., allow themselves to get tarnished by associating with Internet marketing companies like Producttestcenter/TheUseful who don't deliver or have misleading ads and horrible customer service.
