Churning the order submission and credit card details Provo

On the 14th of February I received an email from the Education Success Inc, offering several downloadable books by Jay Abraham. I got interested and went to the website to buy the books.

Having filled in the order and credit card details I press the "Submission" button and received a message on the screen, saying that the card was declined, giving the link for going back and correcting the mistake. So I did and checked the details. I did four attempts to submit the order getting the same message again and again. With no success, I left the site.

In the evening I decided to check my bank account and found out that money has been withdrawn by the company from account four times.

I called the customer suppport centre and spoke to Tim Bruggs. He could not find any record of my order. I have sent him a fax with the details of the bank transaction. He said he would send me the link to download the books and that the company would reimburse the money, but only after 12 days. I tried to find the CEO's details without success.
