Ripoff! It's a scam so far!

I have had a total frustrating and disappointing experience with Incentive Reward Center. I have had a carbon experience to the other gentleman that wrote in.
I have sunk many dollars into various offers that I would have other wise not, only to be totally scammed. I have been in tears over this because as a stay at home mom, I do not have the extra money to dump into CD's, movies and massage lotion. I was promised a $250.00 Toys R'Us card.

I was told that I qualified for the card. I sent in their voucher. I was told they did not receive it. So after 2 months, I sent in another voucher. Now I check my status and they say my email address is not in their data base. I am just sick about this scam. And it is shocking that the reputable companies, such as aol, Discover and other big names would have any association?
I am very interested in getting justice!
