Ripoff no cancellation contact North Carolina

I was trying to purchase Medicine over the internet were I found myself at the billing information screen. I entered my information thinking I was purchasing the product but was directed to the transaction information/receipt screen for a subcription to their web site. They immediately took out a monthly charge without me purchasing any products. I have sent several emails in an effort to cancel the subscription but i have received nothing back, nor a refund. They cannot get away with this.
