Ripoff very frustrating, unusable software no response from company crashes compute

I bought this product for download only on Jan. 26. My credit card was charged. I have tried everything to make this program work without success.

It doesn't monitor my daughter's activity, it monitor's mine. I followed their instructions and read the FAQs but there were no answers to my particular problems with the program.

I have tried to uninstall but that's a huge joke. I've emailed the company (from their website as no email address is given). I was able to get a phone number from my bank, but it's a bogus number. There is virtually no way to contact this company.

I am disputing this charge but that won't help all the other people who get scammed by this person/people.

Don't get involved with this company. You'll regret it.
