Ripoff-rob you of money and do not deliver goods

On 12/25 I placed order #10230 at which time I was assured as per thier FAQ that upon receipt of payment by check, which usually take 5-8 business days to clear, and my check was cleared on 1/10/05, that all orders are usually shipped the following day and should arrive within 7-12 business days and tracking numbers are provided within 4-5 days.

As per their site if I didn't receive your order within 7-12 business days You are to e-mail your customer support e-mail to straighten out the issue immediately. Please note, I have sent them three inquiries and have yet to receive a response regarding my inquiries. It has been over a month since the receipt of payment and I have yet to receive my order nor any tracking information, which is unacceptable. This being my first experience/purchase with their site, I have to say I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received, or lack thereof.

My son used his hard earned money to purchase these shoes and judging from the complaints on this site they are in the practice of robbing people of their money and we are left with no recourse. This company/site should be investigated. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well and feel this company/site should be investigated and put out of business.
