Aka Axion Technologies No refund on CANCELLED ORDER. Ripoff!

This company is the kind of outfit that stops people from buying stuff over the Internet. I ordered a motherboard from them late one night and realized later it was the wrong item. I called first thing in the morning and cancelled the order. The guy told me they'd have to keep 6%. Total BS, but I let it go. The credit never showed up on my credit card.

Two weeks later I call. "We're working on it." A month goes by (per my credit card's rules on disputing a charge). I call again, they say they're going to put the credit if I withdraw my complaint from my credit card company and to "check the account in 24-48 hours." I checked - no credit. Final phone call - "the check is in the mail." Right. I hope these guys go to jail.
