They did a promotion with Avis that is a complete fraud - the equipment they sold came damaged then found out it is not compatible with the wireless service they claim to be partners with which is t-mobile. They refused to take the equipment back and will not offer a refund. All their customer service is outsourced to India which makes it impossible to get any sort of care - was hung up on repeatedly and now they are saying they are going to bill me for more than what the equipment is worth - they quoted 3 different rates! Shame on avis for signing up for this promotion - call their marketing office and alert them of this scam - they ran this promotion from jan - march. a big black eye for avis - never renting from them ever again!
