Ripoff company

I place an order with them on Jan. 18 and also paid for overnight delivery.

It is now Jan 25 and still no delivery. My order was for 196.00 and I can not contact anyone to track this item for me from that company.

When you call their office number you always get an message to leave your name and number but no one calls back. If you call during their customer service hours you can not get through. All you get is a constant ring and finally the operater gets on and tells you to leave a message for a sum amount..

I have emailed all the departments they give you regarding my order and no on returns them..
I now feel that I am out of ths money.

This is a very bad company and a true RIPOFF.
