Started to fill out an online survey for the first time ever. The starting website was dictionary.com. I was sent to incentiverewardcenter.com. I carefully read every page. When the survey kept going on for several pages, I simply closed the browser window. I happen to enter my work phone number. My employer then got billed for a service that was not requested or recieved from Orbit Telecom (orbittelecom.com). When the phone company was called they stated that I had confirmed my sign up for the service with my email address. This did not happen. I would have reported any solicitation from this company as Spam to hotmail and not even read their email. Again, at no time did any page I was on indicate that I was signing up for any service.
