Rebate ripoff

Was told I just needed the printed forms given at time of purchacse to fulfill rebate requirements.

Not told ALL UPC stickers or copies of same must be included in those rebate forms.

To insure I would not get my rebate, I was given an out of box monitor (the truck is late, but here's a monitor that was only on the shelf for a week)
CPU box had NO UPC sticker as well, thus insuring they'd get to keep the money.
