Ripoff installed program on my computer billed me for something I did not use

I have been billed for 2 months in a row for $41.20 by Integretel. I emailed them and they said they would credit me within 1-2 billing cycles. That hasn't been done.

I called them and the extremely rude operator would not let me speak and said that I authorized some sort of gaming, entertainment program on my computer which I did not.

I contacted my phone company and they sent the amount back to them. I would rather risk getting my phone shut off than to pay these scam artists for something I did not get.

I looked them up on bbb.org and of course they have a horrific track record and lots of complaints.
