Farberware 11-piece steak knives/scissors/chef's knife advertised sold as new. When package arrived it contained steak knives from at least three different sets—some made in China, some in Japan, all have damage to blades or handles or both, most are used, some are junk. The chef's knife has damage to point end of blade and to handle. Email address for reporting problems with product is bbwcustomercare1@yahoo.com but email sent to that address are returned undeliverable.
