$99 hidden charge

After filling out my registration and credit card info which is similar to paypal, my card was charged $99. I tried to cancel and I did not enter to bid and went immediately to chat line, because there is no phone # to call. The chat line was a runaround (I have copies of discussion). I was informed that the$99 charge was in the terms of service which I have printed out and I can not find anything warning one that they will be charged a $99 activation fee. This is a scam and should be stopped
