Web sites message and chat lines don't work

Singed up on 10/28 and the message and chat functions don't work, they claim that their working on or revamping the system. Thats ok but bad for people trying to hookup by messaging or chatting. Fine I sent several messages and call the 1-800-763-5007 number got a recording that only delt with credit card numbers to upgrade or extend membership function. All I want is prorate refund they charged me $93.61yr. I'm not satisfied and would like a refund, for services not rendered.By plenty of fish media inc. Vancouver canada
