They have overcharged me on shipping twice Ontario California, Illinois

Recently ordered a pack of DVD media and a pack of DVD paper sleeves. They shipped the sleeves that cost $9.99 for a shipping cost of $10.00 with the DVD media backordered. The DVD media arrived the next day and I was charged for shipping again. No bargain here, they hit you with excessive shipping costs.

Ordered a DVD burner with overnight UPS, shipping cost $38.00. Received the burner 5 days later.

I have relied on Tigerdirect for all my computer needs as I have received many good deals, promptly delivered and all rebates good. However this most recent experience will cause me to deal with someone else.
