Rebate ripoff

I purchased a SOYO Dragon board from Tiger Direct.com with a $20.00 rebate and also a Case and motherboard bundle with a $50.00 rebate neither of which I have received.

I emailed them at least 7 or 8 times and the first reply was it is in processing. The second reply was it has been approved. And the third reply was it was send then after that no more replys to my emails.

If you check their reply web site it says my rebates have been approved but yet no check has been received. I mail one rebate in July and the other in September then again in November I resent them. Still no rebate check
