Www.ripoff: doesn't respond to consumers!

I paid for a website to announce the birth of my daughter. Whenever I tried to log on, it kept saying that my website was not active and could be due to billing problems, and invalid home or email address, etc.

I tried emailing the customer service address and the administration address probobly around 10 or so times and never received a response.

Three weeks later, the money for the site was withdrawn from my account, even though my website was inactive. I again tried to email asking for a refund and still have not received a response several days later.

I also tried to leave a message on their message board and was unable. BEWARE!!! This website has terrible customer service. Don't expect a response from them! This site is a rip-off!
