I ordered a 55" widescreen TV on Dec 30, and the web site because they said next day FEDEX shipping. I didn't get anything on the 31th. I called the second, order HAD NOT SHIPPED, only ship by truck. Why no disclaimer on web site. Customer Dis-service had little or no actual info to provide, and it was implied that they want you to call to find out whats happening. The web site doesn't provide you with accurate data. It's now the 9th of January, STILL NO TV, or even a call from CLUBMAC or a shipper. They are really slackers and seem to be dull witted and not interested in HELPING A CUSTOMER. VERY FAST TO CALL ABOUT CREDIT CARD INFO HOWEVER.

It's deceptive to tell customers that you WILL SHIP next day when you don't.info should have been provided at order time, or as disclaimer under items to be shipped by truck. Customer service rep should have provided the info, but had to be specifically ASKED. Buyer BEWARE. I could have bought same TV at Circuit City for about same money AND HAD IT NOW, but they seem too slow to follow up, and it points to lousy training of employees, and possibly a corporate culture that is slack, and apithetic.
