I only have internet and yet I have to pay fees and surcharges for all their other services each month. When I asked why they said the Government says they have too. Then I questioned it and they said no it is the state that makes them. All lies! The fees and surcharges are fees and surcharges they pay to the government and states and Charter decides how it goes from there. Beware they are cheating all of us and hoping you won't realize minimal charges here and there!
