Ripoff withdrawn money when services canceled will not refund money Internet

Since we bought our computer from dell we recieved 6 months free aol. After the 6 months we tried to cancel. The first time we called they offered us a new plan with 2 more free months.

They also said the money they withdrew would be refunded. After a month the money was still not refunded. Called again and tried to cancel.instead they offered us 6 months free and the money would be refunded.instead of refunding our money they withdrew another 28.90. This was in the months of Sept. Oct. Called recently and still no money is returned, just a letter of cancelation. I like to know how a big company like AOL can get away with doing this to so many people. Family and friends have same problem with them.
