American Homeowner Organization
Dishonest advertising pretends to be a company for consumer testing but doesn't do this

Internet & Web

I received an e-mail offering a free Gateway Laptop to participate in consumer product testing. When you click on the icon, it takes you to the American Homeowner Organization and this is a service to save money on products if you are a member. They promise to send you the laptop or other item, but send a cheap welcome gift instead. It isn't a product testing service. When you call to complain, they blame other companies, such as Ink Blvd. Or Jevene. These companies don't have anything to do with advertising for consumer product testing. It is dishonest marketing.
